A couple of updates for future workers on this project.
1-There is a little steel bracket that holds the aluminum oil tubes
to the cowl on the driver side. If you are not aware of it it will fall
down on the deck. When reinstalling this little clip which has a nut in the middle
and two wings...
Well I am almost done. Oil lines are hooked up and aluminum radiator is in place.
The rubber insulation parts do not line up perfectly with the radiator. I think it will be ok
but it is a little disconcerting.
The passenger side oil lines are a bit puzzling. The top line had an o ring, but the...
Is it necessary or desirable to remove the fan, clutch assm., and shroud, if you
are only going to remove and replace the radiator.
Any tips or suggestions are very welcome.
Thanks,

I would prefer the steel and copper radiator but I have a situation
here where I need to get my daily and only driver back running
before the end of the month and I am partly disabeled,
Thanks for all the help and advice from everyone and a special
thanks to cucvnut.

crimped connection. At any rate...
Thanks Barrman!

along with all the other detailed drawings, and didn't look elsewhere.
Now I can stop panicking and get back to work.

Correction*** I am going crazy, but thanks to barrman I am ok
now, problem fixed!
I figure I must be really going crazy. I have all of the TM's on my computer
and I know that on the last computer I had which had the same TM's that
there was wiring diagrams. The typical figure numbers were like...
I can't seem to find the part in the TMs for the switch
that controls the high beams. I know that it's
operation is described in section 2-16 of the -10,
and that it starts at the end of the turn signal lever and
winds down the inside of the
column and then plugs into some other harness.
What I...
Thanks guys!, Since the stock filter works, I am assuming that the
extension is not a seperate piece, but just by virtue of the tubes
built into the bottom, right?
I got mine from a fellow SS er, and the instalation manual was missing. Did you use the gasket dry, or did you use some kind of...
