I can't get to my truck and I need a simple measurement.
This is for an M54A2. The one in my avatar. I need to know the distance
from the top of the rear window down to the floor of the cab.
I would really appreciate this.
Thanks,
Bruce
The guy I bought my CUCV from said that he got pulled over and questioned why
his radar gun didn't work on the truck. I thought he was just pulling my leg, but
you never know. some of you may know Gene from Colorado.

You can get brush holder and brush kits for these when they die.
Not cheap, but worth it. They use some special connectors so it is worth
getting the kit instead of trying to improvise. Don't ask me
how I know this......

I stand corrected, then. Whenever I got anything stuck in my eye, I was sent to an opthamologist.
A/C Cages: With that protective covering of hair that you have, I
can see why it doesn't bother you to wear shorts.

Welding + shorts :nothingfunny:
Actually you need to see an opthomologist not an optomologist. The optometrist is the one who
prescribes glasses, whereas the opthomologist is the one who deals with trauma to the eye.
Been there done that about 4 or 5 times. Yea, just look straight ahead and...
What about putting a sleave in to put it back to the correct size, then use standard issue shear pins? I was wondering if you could get a drive pin that would have the right ID after putting
in place. Of course I might be crazy and this is really a bad idea. Don't be afraid to say so
if that is...
Order a balancer from these folks and you will get the right one.
GM Parts Direct: Your direct source for Genuine GM Parts
Note: If you like to rebuild engines with broken cranks, then ignore this info.
I would replace the balancer befor even thinking of starting the engine again.
Do not use starter fluid.
It is ok to have both isolated ground generators as long as you use a strap to ground the
the forward battery gen.
With regard to taking the kids to school, you might ask here what problems people have run into.
I don't have any but I can imagine there may be some hassles regarding seat belts, climbing in,
school authorities, etc. Just thought there might be, but I don't know for sure if this is something
to...
can I at least get back to my E-4 Specialist?
Yes, but it will cost you a whoping $15 a year subscription, which helps to support
this fantastic site which is full of incredible and other information.
Ofcourse this means you have to figure out how to make that payment by finding
the right...
I'll bet one of those new fangled inspection camera things and a hemostat would have the
tip out in a heartbeat.
They had them at CostCo for $160 and you will find a ton of other uses for them.
Check the diameter of the camera and make sure it will fit in the glow plug hole first
before buying...
mcmaster.com sells EDPM cord which I believe is the same as the super rope
and the following part number is for some neat hooks you can use with it. Look carefully at the drawing for these hooks. These are super simple and galvsnized.
