Look at the pic closely for green text to the left and right of the rear window near the top.
Is this going to be a reasonable location for the controller and two modules?
It seems to be the only locations that would be easily acessable by the driver and passenger.
I am thinking of mounting a...
My understanding has been that the generator is the same, but the isolated
ground kit is added to gen2. This is the way they come from the factory.
I don't see any reason why you couldn't bypass the isolated ground and use an
isolated ground wired generator for gen1. Just more parts.

The...
You made a comment about both generators being tested with isolated ground.
Only one of the generators is supposed to have the isolated ground. The one that feeds the
rear battery.

He should be fine, once he gets the right meds and takes them faithfully.
The key is to make sure you impress on him the importance of taking them
faithfully and on time.

Here is a pic of mine. Radio and rack gear is stripped out, but
it has a NOS heater in it. ie the one that the shelter was designed for.
It is sitting on a M390C trailer which has leveling legs and a built in ladder
that pulls out the back.
Needs more work, but too many other projects going on...
Makes you really appreciate this site and all it means to our addiction.
I started to have severe withdrawel symptoms. It was scarey, my wife had to

I finally was able to uncover enough crud to finally ID the transmission.
It was previously ID'd by an SSer as a CCKW 5 speed, but this should
narrow things down further.
On the rear of the tranny is the following:
A_ 11-8-44
WARNER GEAR DIV.
MUNCIE, IND.
T93-1
Hopefully someone has...
Does the company make any claims as to whether it is UV resistant, or oil resistant?
I'd hate to see someone go to a lot of trouble to put this on, only to find that it starts to crumble
apart after a few months. It sure would be nice if it were good quality.

I am also interested in knowing What the difference is in the rims. I was
under the impression that the 6 bolt split rims were all the same for the trailers
and the trucks. Now I am wondering if I have a problem.

Thanks NDT, I knew there was a reason my brain was sounding alarm bells.
I really appreciate the advice!
Do you know who carries seals for this pto?

Here is a link to my transmission ID question for pics of the transmission.

My question has to do with engaging the PTO. Not this is not a standard M211
hydromatic tranny. and...
If you just need the functionality you could make one, but instead of the bend in the rear,
make a right angle connection by welding a verticle piece to the horizontal one and add
brace webs.
