Had about 8" of snow today and I had to move the deuce to make room my son's Willy's pickup. Anyway, those ND tires sure do not seem to be suited to snow. Sure glad I had the hardtop though. :D :D

If you have the room at home to park it, then the only negative I can think of is that it might be a challenge to make the corners when you are pulling through the drive-thru at McDonald's for some chow.

I would not buy that truck for $2500! Idaho Motor Pool does have some nice rigs and Alex is a pleasure to deal with.

I concur with rdixiemiller on the transportation network and I would be willing to run witihn a 150 mile radius of Seattle wtih my M35 or my 3/4 ton Dodge cummins pickup at this end. Perhaps it would be a good idea to start a new thread on the transportation network to see how much interest...

I like your idea of a coast to coast network. It seems like all the deuce items I want weigh over 300lbs and are east of the Rockies!

I would be interested in one as well if there is an economical way to ship it to Washington State.

Do deuces on the GL just cost more on the West Coast? Seems like I read about people getting pretty good deals in the East.

I was watching the deuce prices for the units listed on the GL at Ft. Lewis and I cannot believe what some of them were going for. For example this unit was wrecked and was missing the trans and xfer case and it still when for $1737... http://cgi.govliquidation.com/auction/view?id=684949
