    What to look for?

I know which ones you are looking at, they look like good clean trucks. More than likely just need batts charged. As with any auction its always a crap shoot.

    M35A3 is shimmying

The best answer I think is almost all the tires are crap, they have flat spots and the best thing to fix this is driving on a hot road for an hour. The best fix is to replace with 395's since the top speed sux.

    PNW-M923 Recovery Standby Contacts

The truck has 3000 miles since rebuild and I drove it down from JBLM and ran like a champ. The heater didn't work and that was a little on the cold side, now that it has a new blower it blows more hot air than a politician. Still need to fix the 3/8 air leak but thats an easy one.

    M916 recovery

Kinda a long drive but Im game. You guys should make a parts and vehicle pick up mini rally down here. There is a good size rally here the first part of June. Its all WWII stuff, it would be really cool to have a SS bunch show up. Last year I had my A3 there and was really out of place...

    M916 recovery

Drove the beast for the first time myself. My friend who has a CDLA told me I should stay out of town for now. In other words I need more practice, but read the TM a few more times and the threads on the 7155 transmission and the "slap stick" method.

Antbody consider an 1101 bed for a bobbed deuce?

I did consider using one on my duramax 3500 to make a clone vehicle, until the wife found out and threw a fit. Plan was to replace the bed to give it a more "military" look and the usual bumpers, paint.......

    exhaust size

I have/had a non-turbo that didn't exit through the fender but under the truck and exited I believe originally under the truck but when I bought it from the FD they said they had to re-do it to exit before the duels. If I remember right it was also a 3.5 inch exhaust. BTW I used that fender...
