New old stock 803 break in oil.
If in fact it's the right stick, I would drain it to the full mark. I have a mep-531A that won't run smooth if it has too much oil in it.- robson1015

cable access boot mep 802A
You could use the "hillbilly" method as I did - empty aspirin bottle painted OD green.....but I bypassed the cable opening with 50A box.- robson1015
