    pyrometer installation and settings

I install mine in the upper neck of the turbo. The neck has two ports. Make sure you drill into the center of one of them. If you are looking at the turbo from the pass. side, mark the center and then divide that in half and that will be your center to drill. Basically, one forth of the...

Anyone use a Deuce for a hauling business?

I guess what I am trying to say is, if you add all of your expenses over the year and compare it to your return, you will have a negative number. In my case, I don't really care what the truck cost me to own or drive. I am going to drive it anyway, because, I like it! So, If I can make a few...

Anyone use a Deuce for a hauling business?

These trucks cost about the same to operate as a civi 10 wheel dump. The civi dump can carry 3 times as much product in both weight and volume in almost half of the time. In most cases, If the ground is wet enough to require 6 wheel drive it is to wet to work, anyway. You end up causing more...

Anyone use a Deuce for a hauling business?

I use my truck from time to time on work related projects. The fact of the matter is it is not efficient enough to make money with. I use it, strictly because, I enjoy driving it.

    Vehicle Fire

Most of the time, a burnt vehicle is totaled not because it is unsafe to drive if repaired. It is totaled because the heat from the fire distorts all of the exterior body panels. The cost to replace all of the panels, Interior, dash, and wiring is not feasible. Philip

    Autometer pyro

I believe, If you put your master switch on the ground side on your battery cable, It should switch all of the power off to the truck both 12 and 24. Someone please correct me if I am wrong. I use the Bully Dog mechanical pyro. I have been very happy with it's performance. It is a very well...

Large Rust areas, will they ever be water tight?

Just what stump said. You need to take your time welding. Make random very short welds. try to keep the metal from getting any heat. Heat will distort your panel quickly. If you can get to the back of the repair, you can use seam sealer to make sure it is water tight. I would not recommend...

Why short an aready short truck

You know what I find funny, two of the m35a2's that we purchased from the government had GOVERNMENT/MILITARY BUILT MODIFICATIONS on the them. Now, why would the government put a mod. on the "PERFECT " truck? I will tell you... why! The truck did not fit the purpose that they needed!!! These...

Why short an aready short truck

easier to steer, sharper turning radius, better fuel economy, quicker acceleration, and much more nimble in tight parking lots, other than that I don't know.
