    Injection pump parts

Does anyone know or have replacement parts for the bosch psba6a-90eh injection pump off of my LDT 465 1C. I need a complete head assembly and gasket kit to put my puzzle back together. If no parts does any one have a complete pump for sale? The second picture shows the carnage.

1 step forward 2 steps back

Hey! If you have an air leak that does not allow the air pressure to build up more than 30 lb, it is going to be loud and very easy to find. Since that is not the case, I would guess that your compressor itself has some issues going on.

    Grooving my 11.00's for snow

I have never tried to groove my tires with a circular saw. I have cut alot of rubber mats with one. I have found that a fine tooth sheet metal blade put on backwards works very well.

    Practical uses for a Deuce

    24volt to 12volt

You can do that. Only if the source that needs power is very low amperage. If you try to pull a large amperage from one battery, you create is a mis match in the amperage between the two batteries in the series. The mis match in the amperage between the two batteries dramatically shortens their...

    my service shop is fired.

Getting irate is rarely beneficial of effective to either party. Pay them for what they were supposed to do. Then either take it somewhere else or diagnose it yourself. It sounds like you may need to see if the pressure switch is blocked by trash in the fluid. You may just need a new pressure...

    Aahhhhhh!!!

The easiest way I have found to deal with this problem is to drive my truck over to a shop that works on large trucks/heavy equipment. Give the guy in the back some beer money to break them loose with a 1" gun on 140 psi. Put anti-seize back on the lugs before you re tighten them. It will be...

    24volt to 12volt

I converted my deuce to 12 volt. I converted it because everything that I use the truck for needs 12 volt power. I have several civi trailers and an RV/toyhauler that I pull with my truck. Not to mention all of my creature features that I have installed. It only cost me 350.00 to do the...
