Just got the new M932A2, I noticed where the tank selector valve assy is, it makes a rather loud ticking noise...when I grab the lines under the cab that is where it is coming from...my 931A2 does not....I noticed that the noise seems to come and go....more come then go.
anyone seen this on any...
After getting the new M931A2 and having a lousy 30.00 part cause so many issues...I took apart the old one, here are the pics.
If they had used a stainless steel needle it may have prevented the unit from not working.

I just won an M931A2, in the video I see the front left Emergency Gland Hand unit is completly missing...the truck is running and it is dumping out Air...When I go to Pick it up, can I just cap it off? I thought about just taking the one off my 923 when I go to pick it up and install it...
I found the source of my fuel pump leak on my M923A1, its the little valve assy on the emergency fuel cutoff, the shaft is really loose and if I wiggle it while truck is running it squirts out fuel...I'm actually surprised I didn't loose prime with this issue, truck starts and runs fine.

the diff is there are only 2 air fittings on the #2 spring brake and the placement of the cage tool will be different then the one it is...

I have designed an M249 Mount for the Airsoft m249, My Mount Allows for the fitting of the Gun with the 200 rd Assault pack installed.

as you all know the M1009 can shift quite hard, The modulator is controlled via Vacuum off the Injector ump, I have allways adjusted this by rotating the thingy on the IJ pump till it shifts through the gears at lower speeds and not so jerky.

My Voltage gauge on the M1109 is about 2 needle widths to the left of the white mark.
On my HMMWV I can adjust the output so this mark lines up nicely....is there an adjustment for the m1009 alternators? or is one just weak?
