Busted a passenger steer shock absorber and driver side middle rear shock.
Question is, can they be rebuilt/repacked or just got to shell out for new ones
I finished up the passenger door lock today. I found that I tightened the 4 allen bolts too tightly to let the door mechanism unlock.
Spent 2 hours trying to line up the bottom bolt on the inner door latch assembly and couldnt align it. Might revisit it another day if I ever have to pull the...
Replaced the wiper blades , replaced the air ride seat button, installed a keyed doorhandle on driverside, halfway done on passenger.
Ordered 4 orings for 16.00R20 split rims, a 10 ton rope to pullout jeeps, a 30ton recovery strap for myself.

I just started the install on my door handles. Just wanted to add. The nut and bolt for the inner door latch uses a 3/8" and a 5/16" for the nut. Took me a bit to figure it out. The length for the long z that connects the latches has a f-f spacer in the middle that you just loosen the two nuts...
Im no expert so corect me if i have it wrong, but the ctis wont go active until the governor air pressure cutoff. Fixing the air leak might fix it. Madams showed me this on my 7 ton.

My knowledge was based off work on 10kw to 60kw generators. Your generator is actually pretty neat and I learned a few new things off that tm.

For the rear winch, did you use the existing winch controls to go to the cab?
