Might be worth just buying the cargo corners that go into the isolocks and building it from scratch. Or just buy a 20' and cut it down both length and height. Don't need the doors anyway. That may be what I do.

Would the higher mounting of the pintle affect the load capacity on the trailer? I know the mtvr wont care and will pull it even if its missing a wheel.

Who's made a camper out of the 7 Ton? Was thinking of just removing the axle off a camper trailer, Putting a custom container or building it up from there, or building a the trailer by hand. Any pics of your setups?
