    There is a US military NOS surplus sales thing over that way do believe. They get stuff from Hawaii. Got a friend in Philipines that got some LMTV's from Korea... least I think that is where he sourced them from. sooooo it might actually be REAL NOS stuff. that said.... still out of my ball...

    someone might could use either half to lengthen a LMTV one to fit the longer beds. If you were not so far away Id snag the halves from ya to lengthen mine for when I want to cover up my box on back. (14.5 feet) and maybe make a cover for my spare tire area

    Does a Caiman C9 acert fit in a FMTV?

    does a C9 generally bolt in place of a c7? also will c9 computer (make sure it comes with it) talk to the allison with out an upgrade to a different Wtech? such as will you have to put different wire harness and solenoids in your allison and install a Wtech 4?

    do believe most all modern vehicles have them but few know it for reasons mentioned about the cable length to hook up batts typically forces reality of hooking a batt up right..... and jump starting newer cars does not happen often enough for the problem to occur with enough frequency to hit...

    Fording switch... with dash lights on (A0)

    On the fording switch when dash lights are on... is there a red small indicator (tiny LED size) that will show indicating Fording mode is activated (fan off). Tiny speck of a Little red light. Was night time when I saw it on dash so not sure if that Tiny light was part of the switch or just...

    using a GL-5 that is GL-4 compatible is fine. GL-4 (and compatibles) wont have detergents in them that cause issues with yellow metals (brass copper etc). BIG deal to make sure to use GL-4 or compatible..

    Alternator 12 and 24 volt

    for future clarity.... so each alternator's ground went directly to battery it charged. The grounds between 12v battery's were connected as well. All stayed balanced and happy.
