Well I don't think you or anyone can make them for less then the people that already have the tooling. And we know theirs are to spec. Sadly your going to also have to make a deal with the original manufacturer of the C pillar as most trucks will also need those. I'd want a guarantee from them...

so basically you need a complete turret support, A pillar brackets and backing plates, and a slant back C pillar tube. As well as bearing ,hatch ,weapons tray ,locking mechanism ?

Mine doesn't come on until 220, shuts off at 200. I thought this to be normal.

Technical manual section. Light switch I'm guessing/ hoping you actually have the switch in the right position. Open the hood and see if the wiring harness is connected. Perhaps your buddy removed the hood and forgot to hook the head light wiring harness back up?
