you have installed something wrong. or you need to lift the lock mechanism up on your Rhino to allow it to swing past 90 degree's. It will lock at the 90 degree point this may be what your experiencing

I made an aluminum panel that basically protects the window glass when the window is open. It was in an old TM some place. Keeps your keys and legs and gear from rubbing on window glass when it is lowered.
