Sorry for your troubles. Glad you had another axle to swap in there. Me and the other bobbed deuce owners don't seem to have that rear axle binding problem. :-P

Congrats on the purchase. What tires do they have for 70mph speed? My 16R20 Michelin XZL tired are only rated to 55mph. Maybe getting into the safety factor?

Glad you got her back together. One helluva accomplishment getting the engine rebuilt. I think I took it easy and just replaced the entire engine/tranny. Keep us updated on your assessment after the overhaul.

The hub bolts where the lockouts mount are all right hand threads that take 70 ft-lbs of torque to tighten. I have the Ouverson lock-out hubs and love them!
