You take a set of hub caps and have the spline machined out . They come up for sale in the classifieds from time to time . Maybe e-bay.

A set of despiined hubs will do the same thing and a lot easier to put splined hubs back on than the driveshaft.

The OTC I got is better than the government surplus socket I got . they are good quality and most of your local parts stores can order them if they don't stock it.
