For my Interlock it was the upper right corner of the panel so i had to move a couple things, but gives me a piece of mind know it is safe and need be i can swap generators outside in less than 5 minutes with the 50 amp generator plug on the outside of the house.

I think i will stick with using my load bank or resistance heaters. Thats quite a death trap you have there.

No work around. Just have to removed the fuel line, pull the two bolts holding it in and pull it out soak it and clean it to free it up. When you put it back in make sure the bar on the pump is aligned between the two slots in the fuel on/Off lever.

Prime the fuel system. Call me Colt put out a nice Youtube video on it. good chance the meterpump/injector pump could be stuck. its 50/50. Other than that fuel, oil and let it run

I do not think a Generlink is going to work with this Generator as this is can pull more than 10000 watts. Although the Generlink is rated at 40 amps might want to do more research. I use a Breaker interlock. Cheaper and Generlinks are not allowed by my utility
