I'll start with the story of B-17 "666" that no one wanted to fly featured in this article...
An interesting article about a B-29 that crash landed in 1947 and was resurrected from it's frozen grave crossed my desk this week.
Once made flyable once more, she was lost to a fire before ever becoming airborne again.
This is that story...
