In the pics it looks like it has independent front suspension. Would you be able to clamp to the A arms or would they hold on the tow hooks? Just wondered.

I was at Dean's place in Rolla twice this summer buying an M416 and he wouldn't sell any parts off of his M35's at that time. Is this the norm for him? Any contact info on Kirby Cole or this Richard Brown?

I enjoy the form as is, but the member locator map, or some such thing as has been suggested would be nice.

I have a fuel leak at an injector line hydraulic head connection. I was wondering what if anything has to be done after removing these lines. Does the system have to be purged of air? If so what is the procedure?

Mine are oak, bows do not have a center connector,but are arched (bowed with about a six inch rise). My uprights rest in the bottom of the pockets. With a table saw all would be easy to fabricate. Uprights need to fit loose enough to allow for expansion when they get wet. Up rights could be cut...

Since shifting is being discussed, somewhere in a manual covering the M35 it states to ALWAYS start in first gear. Anyone else seen this. Starting in second on flat ground doesn't seem to lug the engine.What do you do?

Coming home from Steel Soldiers Rally my M35 canvas top developed a large sunroof. :cry: So I need a replacement.Weebee Webbing is $300. but six weeks, Beachwood is $500. and two to three weeks. Any suggestions on a source? New or Used solid color canvas.
