I buy only 3 phase equipment and power them with an American Rotary phase converter. I convert to single phse only if the 3 phase motor fails. The phase converter has to be a fair bit larger than the motor it supplies though.

With load management my 831a runs the pump and water heater at my camp. It is quite reliable with Kurt's controller but with the original controller it is a PITA.

The oil pressure sensor hose was the problem on mine. I don't think it was ever tightened properly

Both of the 803a's I have bought had been dented on the top from having stuff stacked on them. This caused water to pool and leak into the control area which causes things to rust. A custom made vinyl cover stops this. There is a thread on the site describing covers in detail.

I wasn't looking for "cheap" when I called the company. I just didn't want to get hosed on the shipping. I asked for a shipping quote for 3 fittings and was quoted 3 times the shipping for one fitting. I said thanks but no thanks.

I have the noco genius 7200 smart charger and the noco gb70 battery booster and I love both of them. The noco 7200 is probably over kill for a motorcycle due to it having both 12 and 24v capabilities. The cheaper models with just 12v output would do the trick.

I got my spare fuses on Ebay however I seem to remember they came from China and took a long time to arrive. It is not a good idea to bypass it as Guyfang has already advised.
