Your problem seems to be between the batteries and the disconnect solenoid. Suggest you use your multi meter or test light to see at what connection the voltage drops off. Sometimes there can be corrosion between the cable strands and the connector which is hard to diagnose.
That is probably a T90J transmission with a T18 transfer case, and is probably the Novak C3 kit that adapts the Chevy engine to the T90J transmission. See the Novak-adapt.com website.
Gladiators never came with Chevy 6 cylinder engines. What transmission does your Gladiator have? The Novak adapter to put Chevy engines in M715s is set up for the Warner T-98 transmission only.
Looks like plain jane HMMWV tire and wheel assemblies to me, the pic is from the back side of the wheel and the gp dude didn’t want to strain his back unstacking for the picture. EDIT nope after looking at the pics again, the wheels are one piece, not HMMWV.
