The A57 and 4L590 sizes are the non manufacturer specific sizes. I got them by measuring the belt, later confirmed by o'riley auto parts. Ended up with the duralast because o'riley didnt have one on the shelf.

Couldnt tell you. The important things are the power rating and resistance. Odds are you are barking up the wrong tree. Follow the procedure in The TM, there should be something for high voltage or how to test the voltage regulator. I have very little hands on with the 800 series, something...
Rpm and frequency (Hz) are directly related. If the rpm was wrong then the frequency would be off as well. So there is no reason to check rpm.

Depending on the way the engine is setup. Some are gear driven and improper installation the fuel wont be injected in the cylinder at the proper time (had someone pull one off once and didnt know about it, wasted half a day trying to track down a self inflected wound)

Belt civ number is an A57 or 4L590. The autozone duralast number is 17590
The old belt I removed still had libby welding and the part number on it

I wanna change the belt on my 004. My buddy's 005 needs an alternator so ill get belt numbers this week on that too.

Fuel timing is important. We had a few busses at work loose the injection pump seal and they flooded the crank case with fuel, so it does happen from time to time.

From Onan not too likely. Theres parts floating around. Not a mil unit but I once sent out an old steam turbine head to a local motor shop and had it rewound.

That would be easy to test. Volt test Negative side of the light to the negative battery terminal can do positive to positive also. Anything other than 0 would show a bad connection

Complete speculation here. But when the dash board lights of a car do a consistent intensity change it usually means the alternator is failing.

Can confirm the Donaldson 131919 air, the Wix 51004 for oil. Fuel wix 33512 (10 micron) or wix 33540 (6 micron). Just did a service the other day.
Not sure about other people but I usually use the 2 different micron filters.
