    Painting the Deuce-Need sandpaper???

Well I have been sanding for what seems like forever on the deuce. The local sandpaper suppliers are very expensive (around $1 a sheet). Does anyone have a source for cheap bulk sandpaper sheets? I have tons of disks but need the sheets.aua

So I got asked about my tow lights. Here is a pic, they are semi easy to find and a similar set could be easy to make. Hopefully this helps those new to MV's.

    Modified M35/M37 Windshields

https://polaris.lunasecure.com/MemphisEquipment/images/1277116jtm-i.jpg So here is a modified M37 windshield from Memphis. There are at least two companies that made these for deuces also. Who has one? I am thinking of making one for my M37. I am leaning towards removing the vertical upright...

    Jack Tomlins/Boyce Equipment trip

Well MACCUS and I just got back from picking up his new M101A3 trailer in UT. We did a few side trips out and back. Boyce was first with an interesting stop. I only asked about M37 parts (they were down to 4 M37"s). Prices IMHO were very good. Got alot of bigger (but cheaper parts). I was quite...

Well It is done for the most part. Removed all components and installed the master cylinder from a Chevy pickup. Currently waiting on a brake line set from MM but looks good so far. Should go good with the front disks on it now.

    Making a deuce fuel pump

Well I was cleaning and found a NOS 5 ton gasser pump, a used OA-331 fuel pump and some new parts for the 331 pump. So after a few of Bread Trucks Beers I decided to try and combine all 3 to make a rebuilt OA331 fuel pump. It was actually pretty simple once I figured how to remove the actuating...

    Deuce heater shutoff valves

I know I have seen heater shutoff valves. What are those who have them using and where did you get them from? I have found several that could work, but most are very big and bulky and just wouldn't look right. Any tips appreciated.

    M998 Headlight Guards on M35A2C's??

Anyone else put headlight guards on a M35? Are the M998 headlights different or are the guards just very generic and poorly made as far as fit? I think I had about 20 minutes each side modifying to make them work.

    M38A1 brake spring question

On the M38A1 and civvy CJ-5 where does the brake pedal return spring mount? There is a hole in the pedal similar to the clutch's mount. On the other end, all I can find is a hook on the wire in the clutch assy?? Is that it? The manual sucks for this question. A photo would be great. EDIT, just...

    Yesterdays deuce issues questions

So we had three issues yesterday. Ron and I are curious what others may think is wrong. Issue #1: Trans is smooth shifts great-except 3rd, absolutely no noise. It doesn't seem to want to go into 3rd easily, not hard but not like the rest. If accelerating in 3rd-all is good if you let off it...
