If it was registered in GA from the 99 auction, it has registration for the current tags. That along with what you have (and the bill of sale) is all you need. Keep a copy of the 99 paperwork!
If it was mine, I'd be making a run out west for a rust free tub and swap it. Way cheaper and easier to fix! (and I agree with SW, I would have kept the 818.)

Yes, it's for the slobber tube. I had it disconnected and hanging right next to it so you can just crawl under it and hook it up before fording. FYI: the side panel is supposed to be open, I cut the hole because I thought it looked better that way.
