I just use a six foot step ladder. If others are going to use it I strap it to the truck. Maybe I should paint it green so it is official. The ladder in the OP is worthless.

That just doesn't sound like a fun ride. I like my ride slow and easy. If I felt the need to go 80 mph I wouldn't be in a 5 ton. I just hope the driver is a capable operator, not just some idiot that wants to push the limits.

If I have read properly, you may want to charge up your batteries before trying it too. It is hard for an alternator to charge up dead batteries. That is my plan. Hopefully you have a new pulley also. The original will not fit on the Delco.

People do that so you know they mean the first series, not just forgetting to mention the series. It isn't official but I get it.

WD 40 works too and is probably handy.
