Is the frame special on those? if not, why not buy a M35A2, and swap the bed/rear winch set up? That's the easiest, quickest route to go

I'm looking for a M35A2 winch driveshaft also. I called Kublo's this morning (06-15-10) they are out of winch drive shafts. They only have enough for their complete winch kits. Still looking.
