welcome aboard MoAllen, There seems to be so many more vets accessing the va system that the va employees are being very picky on problems they will take care of, so the next doesn't get left out in the cold they leave most vets out in the cold. It is just our politics...

i could put the brake lines on top and in front of the axle, thanks for the idea, and you are right i could put a winch pully at the rear and run the line forward if needed, i think a level wind is in order.
i like the IBC containers they are light and plastic they do not cost a lot $50 so they are not 400 gallons but two of them are over 400 gallons and under $100 you don't have a dedicated trailer for water the IBC will fit nicely in a deuce bed or any flat bed!!
