Belts are tight?? Kinda obvious, but maybe overlooked. I've witnessed water(while cleaning an engine) make a belt slip without a squeal or noise.

Made a rear cover out of 1/8' aluminum and used a 900 series rear window. Almost done waiting on some weather stripping to finish sealing it up.
