Mini Light Kit Instructions and TIRES

If you look close at the lollipop lights you'll see that they are amber and red, they just happen to have the red lenses facing up in the picture. The red lens would face back so that a vehicle in the next lane would see if you had your signal on or not.

    What happened to Reverse

I had that happen to me once. Long story short, the bolts holding the drum to the hub had not been torqued down properly when it was still in service. They eventually worked themselves loose, one came all the way out and wedged between the drum and brake shoe and bound everything up.

Which equals 128 Cubic feet. The bed on a Deuce is a little over 256 Cubic Feet when measured to the top of the wood side boards. So basically a Deuce will carry 2 cords when loaded level with the side boards. I had to figure this info out, Ft Lewis will log some of their property through out...

    CHOCK those tires!!

I've been afraid of someone doing that to to one of my MVs, So when I park on a grade, I chock the wheels then carefully roll up against the chock to put some pressure on it and keep the chock securely in place. When I'm ready to leave simply move away from the chock to release it. This also...

    M35A2 low oil pressure.....

When I got my deuce, the pressure gauge would read 30 PSI at idle, once up to temp idle pressure would be 0-5. I found that I had a 120 PSI sending unit going to a 60 PSI Gauge, I changed the sending unit to a 60 PSI sender. I now have 50+ PSI at cold idle and 30 PSI at temp.

    tire size with lift

Here's a pic of my '73 with a 4" lift and a 3"body lift. Running 35" x 12.5" x 15" Cooper MT's, I added the body lift after running these tires for a while. I found that extreme articulation would cause the tires to rub in various places in the fender wells. With 4" of lift, I'd stick with 33".
