I pull my throttle out about 7 clicks and then start the truck. This is typically more of an issue in the colder weather.
I would suspect that the engine needs additional fuel much like a gas engine when it is cold. You would think the high compression ratio would make this eiaser to start...
The design is very creative and uses what is really very basic propulsion and control surfaces. Hi Tech light weight materials make this possible along with hi capacity LiON batteries.
The potential for a quiet low observable drone is immense. I will wager that one of the defense contractor...
I got my gear wrench on our online auction place we are not supposed to mention for some reason. I paid 120$ shipped about 2-1/2 years ago.
It was brand new with the cosmoline all over it.

I borrowed one of the geared lug wrenches shortly after buying my deuce and decided then and there that it was a necessary tool for my kit and bought one a few days later.
That tool rides in my tool box all the time and I would rather not contemplate changing tires without one.
Others will...
I have lockouts on my deuce and it does ease the steering effort and also makes it smoother especially when you let the wheel spin back to center after a turn. The other advantage is that all of the u-joints, gears and drive shalfts are not turning and therefore are not wearing. Front end...
Let me give you a trick on this.
When you get the drum off turn the adjusters on the top of the shoes so they are as wide apart as possible. There will be just enough room to remove the wheel cylinder and put the new one in. The first time I did this I pulled one of the springs off and it took...
I have found that pulling the "aiir" control out about half way will increase the temperature of the air being distributed in the cab from the under hood heater. This really makes a difference with the defroster as well.
I am planning to apply foam gasket tape around the core in the heater...
While I agree that air could be the issue, the first order of business is to make sure the brake shoes are properly adjusted.
Once they are you can evaluate the brake system again and if the two pumps are still required to make them work properly then it could be air.
You have to eliminate...
I have seen generator trailers that have a jack on the tongue and one on each corner at the rear. The purpose is to level the trailer and not to lift it off its wheels, even though that can be done easily. Victory Indistrial Products out of Ohio manufactures these in several sizes. Single...
If your pump fails drastically you will lose your radiator. What happens is that the seal is failing and when it goes, the bearings in the waterpump are next. When they go the fan will tear the back of the radiator apart.
That would be one very expensive trip to the parts store.
My...
If you can convert the NSN to a part number then it is far easier to figure out what the part or assembly is for. If you have a hunch, you can search the xxxx-xx-xxx-xxxx-P manuials and see if you get a hit.
I have had just a few stump me but just a few.

My experience is as follows:
1) use an HVLP gun.
2) remove the little screen at the bottom of the port where the paint cup connects to the gun. Latex has bigger molecules than solvent based paint and it will not flow through the screen fast enough or evenly enough to allow you to spray it...
Did you try adjusting the brake shoes so they are not touching the drums?
Seems to me if you can adjust the brakes to a proper setting your dragging problem may very well go away.
Just my two cents.

If I start my deuce and let it idle, or run at just above idle, it takes at least 30 minutes to warm up.
If I start it and after a minute or two start towards town on the flats it takes about 5 miles to get to at least 160.
If I start my deuce and let it idle and then head up the steep hill...
Oh, I just had to look this one up...
WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE between foot-pounds and pound-feet?
Both consist of the same units-a force and a distance-multiplied together.
The physical quantities being expressed, however, are quite different
The product of a force times a distance, as in...
