So, I've never actually had 2.5tons on the truck before.

I had 4.8 tons of 5/8 crushed rock in mine last Saturday and the only time I put the transfer case in low was pulling a long grade. And that was transfer case in low running 4th and 5th gear to keep me at 30-35 mph. The scale at the quarry was showing 23,640 Pounds.. I did have a winch...

Need to find this boarding ladder!!

Is this the one you looking for?? If so, I'll be putting an ad in the classified adds on here soon. I'm using this ladder on my Deuce. I drilled 2 sets of holes on the tail gate for the hooks to go through. I added a longer chain for the clips to secure the ladder to the tail gate from...

    m35a2 air warning buzzer

I had wired up a "silence" button a while back. I'll have to draw up a diagram for it. It functions in a manner that the light and buzzer come on with low air then you press the button which silences the buzzer but allows the light to stay on. It stays in the "silence" mode till air pressure...

    What's Missing

That also answers my question about where that vent line was supposed to go to. I build a fording kit but didn't like that my vent tube was still open. I even went as far as to remove the vent cap from master cylinder and tie it back in to the vent line. That mod was apparently the easy way...
