Is it leaking from the outer part of the hub or from the inside like the brake drum? The outer seal is to keep oil out of the bearings.
If so the bolts on the outside of the hub just maybe loose, need to be set to 75 ftlbs.
The heater has two taps a 12v and a 24v. The 12v comes right off one of the batteries and the 24v is under the dash. That is your high and low speed of the fan.
If you remove the motor.
FYI, I have changed out a NHC250 and it is faster and easier to remove and install the motor and transmission at the same time.

Cool truck, I am storing a truck for a friend that was a Navy truck that has a drill rig on it. It show to be a M925A1 but with on winch, but it has the wet kit on it.
