    There was no data plate. The trailer has the really old looking tail lights and big wheel landing leg. It had one sticker saying it was repaired in 71. I don't know much about it.

    I'll be pulling it with an xterra rated to tow 5k. I won't be using on public highways.

    I weighed it with my xterra and 3/8 tank of gas came in at 7200. I'll weigh again after a few dozen grinding wheels used and brake removal.

    So the bed is 800 ish. Mine was parked in the ocean a while. Should be 700ish.

    It sounds like he knew not to try to push it past 2800rpm. I ran my deuce many many many hours at 2600-2700 rpm. It was happy.

    Has anyone weighed indivudal components of the m105? Like the landing gear and brake parts? I think the 900x20 wheels and tire assembly is 170#. Mine has the 1100x20 which i think are 190 each. I bought my 105 cheap so for me to sell it and buy a 101 is out of the question. I have an 1101 also...

    The 105 I just bought waa so rusted. There is no way it's been used in the last 20 years. I think it's a 50s model.

    I bought a lightweight edition m105 listed as a a2 has really old looking lights and parking brake maybe a1? I beat 15 pounds of rust off of it woohoo!

    Awesome glad to hear. I also got back from my recovery 740 miles later.. my xterra pulled it perfectly stopping was a non issue. Mine does have the 1100 tires. Wierd
