Turned out to be a tiny leak on the upper radiator hose. It was hard to see until I installed two fresh and clean alternators. The leak didn't show up on the old alt. :) Installed a new hose but haven't put many miles on the truck since then. Planning on replacing all the hoses, the water...

You're right. We should use the No Spill/No Pour/No Flow kiddie safety spout that they come with now. I thought I was smart enough to tie my cans down and pour fuel like a big boy, but CARB says no.
LOL - I've thrown the safety CARB spout away on every new can (three now) in the store trash...
If it is the 30th, I will probably have a small retirement party since it's the last weekend before I stop going in to work (I get paid until July 31st though). I would rather spend money for my real friends than the fartknockers I work with.

Finished the install. I would say if your air wipers are working good, keep them. I paid about $100 shipped for these and they are probably worth that. Nothing more. They don't sweep as much as the air wipers did. The wiper blades that come in the kit had to be tossed. I used the Anco civy...
Both motors painted, mounted and wired up. We got one arm on and working. The other needs to be modded. 110 degree sweep with it "stowing" out of the way doesn't leave much else. It's probably just enough.
We will finish up in he morning and install the windshield washer kit. Then wire up...
