How the heck do you remove the pintle hitch on the M105A1??? :? I removed the big bolt, tried tapping it out, tried prying it out with a 6' gorilla bar, I even hooked it to the back of my 3500 crewcab dually with a log chain, locked both sets of brakes, and hooked up the 5-ton to the pintel...

I'm starting to feel a weird issues with my steering... It doesn't do it all the time, but at times when I turn sharp, the steering wheel will feel jerky like the power steering is stuttering... I've checked the fluid level and it's fine. No squeels or odd sounds or leaks... Any ideas.:sad:

Sorry guys .. all mods on hold for awhile.. Been dealing with dual herniated disc's in my neck all summer, and having surgery next week. I'll be out of action for another 4-6 months. So maybe this will be a spring project next year. Cheers.

Just curious as I have a bunch of misc items... HEMTT wrecker hook, Big air intake T-pipe, tons of misc air and hydraulic fittings, hydraulic hoses, military packs, misc air/oil/fuel filters, etc.

Very true... lol Even with the M923 I have to plan my parking carefully. I figure the M1070 would just require a bit more planning.. unless I wanted to drive over or push things out fo the way.. lol :tank: why don't they just start getting rid of the Strykers?!?!?! lol

Ok.. I got the latch assembly out and found out it was bent like someone had tried to pry the door open. I always wondered why the drivers door has a lot of play in it when it was shut?!? Duh. So basically what was happening was, with the latch plunger bent it humped the latch slide rails so...

Hey wsucougarx..... Thanks for the suggestion! What is the trick to get the assembly out of the door? Do I need to remove the window first? I can't see up in the door nor get my arm up there to see what is keeping it from falling to the bottom of the door? Thanks!

It looks like my drivers door latch barrel is rounding out...?? :-? When I try to open the drivers door from the outside, it starts to move the latch then it clicks and I can feel the latch release and it jams the assembly. Anyone had this issue before?? Is there a fix, or do I need to buy...
