If you have the room and space a great garage can be made from Sea Cans very cheap. Eddy

I have an M38 insured with Hagerty in AZ and they require it to be stored in a Garage as well.

If you really want an MV I would say a Unimog is the way to go. Get a diesel and you will be good. Its small enough to go most places but large enough for a good load and its VERY capable Off Road
