The M35A3 is more modern with a newer Caterpillar 3116 engine and the Allison automatic transmission. It has the super singles and air assisted steering and better braking. It also has electric wipers and the vehicle are generally in better shape than the A2s. However, the 3116 is not simple...
I agree with David, your CUCV has been converted to a 12 v starter and one of the alternators have been removed. I can also see that the resistor for dropping the voltage from 24 to 12 for the glow plugs is missing, again, that just means that the vehicle has been converted to 12v.
What I don't...
I haven't looked, but I am sure that the air horn operates off an electric solenoid valve. That valve is probably sticky and when the pressure gets above 60 psi, the electric solenoid doesn't have enough force to overcome the pressure pushing on the valve. I would use air tool oil instead of...
I have found that this year has been really bad for fleas and none of the normal means worked. Baths, powders, sprays, and even the drops on the back like Advantix; none of them worked.
Finally I heard of a medicine called Comfortis from someone. It is an oral medication and starts killing...
Welcome and thank you for your service to our country. You'll be thankful for that 23 year old (and much less complicated) truck when the feces strikes the rotating atmospheric turbulence generator.

Take off the nut. Use a steering wheel puller to remove the steering wheel. Push the steering lock plate down really hard and you can pry out the lock ring. The rest is easy.
Most places don't care if you drive it off or haul it off. You can check and add fluids, but if you can't start it by just jump starting it, you can't work on it. A big plus of the A2 over the A3 is that if you can get it to roll, you can push start an A2 with no electrical power at all.
Jeez, you guys are doing it the hard way. Go to any auto parts store and look at the display with the replacement body screws and such. You can get a couple for a few bucks.
There are about 4-6 D turbos to every C turbo so they aren't uncommon. I haven't seen one with dual circuit brakes. The A3's have them, I think.
P.S. If you just gotta have a C turbo, used ones can be bought fairly cheap and they bolt right on.
