M35A2 Crew Cab #2 with rear steer

These things do flex a bunch, and the cab pretty much floats on the frame even in the rear mount some because of it having the springs and rubber bushings. I was thinking maybey a 6 door in the future, but man this one has just about got me burnt out. I have been working day and night on this...

M35A2 Crew Cab #2 with rear steer

Yea, thats the air cylinder that locks th axel tm, and the rear axel is just a new gov. rebuilt unit I just got a bunch of these in. It is sitting just like the front one with the tie rod in the back. The axels were rebuilt in 1989 I am curious to see if the wheel cylinders and all the seals...

    Official Deuce Aftermarket Wheel Thread

Yea, I really don't like to sell guys wider tires for the stock rims. I have even run off a few customers because of that. They just don't understand that they are endangering thereselves and everybody else around them. Save up the money to buy the wheels or stick with the stock tires to be safe.

M35A2 Crew Cab #2 with rear steer

I though I would start a new thread on my second build and post a few pics up along the way. This model will be pretty much the same except this one will have rear steering. I have an air cylinder set up to lock the rear axel in the straight on postion for safe driving. It has a micro switch to...

Thanks, I have hundreds of the modified hemtt wheels in stock to fit the the 2.5 tons trucks. 20x10 wheels with 2" or 7" of backspacing. block heater

I also sell a block heater, its 1500 watts, may be a little extreme for some guys. It fits the 2" freeze plug. I have installed a few for customers, for the northern country and they have been happy. I have used them and there is no need for starting aids of any kind. It will heat the whole...

    Double Deuce crew cab

I picked up a couple of front seats out of a 2001 Dodge 2500 with shoulder belts in the seats. I used some 2x3 tubing for spacers off the floor, and got the seats all mocked up ready to bolt in once it gets painted. I will get some pics up this weekend along with some more progress

    Double Deuce crew cab

Here is a couple of more pics of the second crew cab. Its going pretty well, picked up a couple of front Dodge truck seats with shoulder belts so that should save some time. Since I have a large supply on rebuilt front axels, I ordered some parts for a rear steer option just to do something...

    M1009 Glow Plugs - 24 or 12 Volt?

Yea, I decided to stick with the 70 watt 13g's so maybey they would be less likely to swelling when they get to much voltage when going bad. I thought the 200 watt 60g's may be more prone to swelling with to much voltage, but I am not a pro at this. I am sure someone has some insight. NAPA's...

    M1009 Glow Plugs - 24 or 12 Volt?

I just went through this with my M1009, its all stock still using the 13G's. Of course they burnt out, there is one other diffrence between the 13g's and the 60g's acording to the NAPA specs, the 13G shows them being a 70watt glow plug and the 60g's 200 watt glow plug. has anyone heard of this...

    Double Deuce crew cab

I have done that in the past on another truck I built, I even put the pioneer rack on the drivers side. I was pressed for time on the last crew build and just never got to it. It takes time on those little details, but they make the truck. I have plans to do that along with some jerry cans. I...
