Man.. The only way to get sludge like that is to mix oil with something. That something being coolant!
It it could be you have more then one problem. The pistons or ring(blow by) and a out of spec head(coolant)
Dont give up. You are learning a lot about your truck. (As well as us too)
I went ahead and just started a new thread specific to the 939 series.
Well i finished and installed my Pulsetech PDU with solar panels.
I gave it a good solid week for a good test of the charging capability.
Did not go well!
History of my truck.
This truck has never had an issue with...
A lot of the mep802's I looked at had water pooled down into the exhaust. (GL lots) It was probably from them not making sure the cover was seated.
My gen's will stay on the trailer. (The other fellow on here is looking to cover his.) I do keep it parked out of the weather though.
I need to...
I've had these on 8 different vehicles, 100's of 1000's of miles without issue. (Many of them used for off-roading) For the M923a2 something would have to get over the front axle and make a turn to get to it. As much as we drive these. You would have better odds at the billion dollar power ball...

I think this is due to the fact that they lived their lives on a
trailer. Which was...

Thanks
Oh, and does anyone else have these bolts in their door? What are they for? On both doors.
...Update.... Looks like the FG7BN would be too big at 22mm.
From other members it looks like the F-104N would be the correct one.
Hey, does anyone know if this is the right Fumoto valve for a 8.3l?
Model FG7BN
Thanks
Hey peashooter. I know this is a old thread. Do you still have the wire and connector in your photo? It's the one that goes into the push to test box. I would like to know which pins are pos and neg. I'm putting together a system, but I don't have that connector.
thanks
I've started my PDU install. I would like to know if anyone has just run the 24 volt input lead and the negative lead to the slave cable lug? It would make for a clean install. The 12 volt lead I was going to go straight to the same battery as the negative slave lead. I'm going to install the...
