Not the right place to find a value, I think? What's in the canister is not a healthy liquid, I sure it's carbon tet? Value, for bracket and extinguisher, check epay for similar item, go with your gut, but 20-$25 + s&h would seem fair? Also adding a pic of the item in question sparks interest too.
