truck's pretty solid, paint still good, frame is clean enough to eat off of, newish steering rack, but someone did a hackjob taking off the cab heater system... other than that, truck's been good to me, Area52 had it before me and I dont think he ever had a problem. Weird thing though, truck...
I have an oldball truck to begin with... one of the early batches of trucks that was later sent through a refurb program and snagged a newer registration number... info from meldog as follows:
Anyone have an idea of what the unit markings might have been? I'm redoing some things on my truck...
to temporarily hijack the thread... i have a leak like that on the front, although not near that bad, and only when the truck sits for a while... never have a leak in motion or more than maybe a 10th of that on the tire... same inner seal perhaps?
RE: Good cheap insurance...who
I've got my deuce insured through state farm with my other truck and bike... expensive for what some pay, but for $65 a month full coverage and $10k declared value and $50 deductible, I'm satisfied
haha, awesome... that's exactly what i was looking for... guess if im going to keep and work on the truck, might as well start going back to nice, new "original" parts
Well, looks like my beach trip ended with a small disaster... my canvas top got riped pretty good, almost in half width-wise. Need to find a new top soon, and don't know where to get one (saturn and tnj are out of stock)
Thanks guys
