If you un bolt the arm at the motor you can re index the arm. Then adjust the tilt at the arm. The only thing is that it won't quite wipe the whole windshield then.

On any other vehicle that cooler is pressure fed on one side. The other side just dumps into the pan. I would expect that allison to be the same way, but I could be wrong.

Yeah the diffs and t-case in these arn't supposed to be filled till it runs out. You should just be able to touch it. It might could cause your problem, and it's easy enough to correct the level.
There's a big long thread in the M35 hot rodding sections about this same thing. A couple of those guys must be engineers cause they are sharper than most. You might want to try and look that one up.

We have a M915A3 at work, during wet conditions it wont pull the trailer up the hill. The first axle will spin out and it's a open diff. So when we flip the INTER AXLE LOCK it engages the rear most axle also. It also happens to be a open diff, but between the 2 of them it will pull a loaded...
