Found the gaskets, tried to upload earlier but server was busy so I took a pic of my notes. Got these numbers from Memphis Equipment, they have them in stock.

I always wanted one, when I found out that I could own one I had to have one.
This is some of what we use mine for

It's normal for a 1/2 in gun to struggle getting the nuts down, they're captive lock nuts. And strong ones at that.
Those rims are safe for inflating too. It's the snap ring ones you have worry so much about.

Wow, I had to go see! Those are quite high!
Man you need to re engineer that front axle. Lift blocks on a front axle are illegal and dangerous. It puts lots of strain on those springs.

Gotcha, good point! The tire rating slipped my mind. I was thinking about how much more room I still had on the bed.

I've got a big job box mounted against the front wall of the bed, that's why my load is so far back and tall. I would bet with just a set of side boards and no toolbox I could hit 16 ton's of rock or better!

+1 for what he said! Use the grey rtv! It was designed for high torque applications and the only rtv recommended in Ford diesils since 2003.
I use it exclusively, no more repeat repairs for failed rtv seals. Ford actually uses it to glue on trans pan gaskets on certain vehicles, you bend up...
