Good luck. That sounds like the IP mine did the same thing at around 96000 miles on the beast. I used the process of elimation to try to find it. First fuel filter, then fuel pump, then fuel filter base with new hoses last was IP had that replaced runs perfect.

I switched mine to a 14 bolt rear and a dana 60 front the axles came off a M1008. It was not a direct bolt up for the 14bolt we moved the perches inboard to match the springs and get the factory drive shaft angle back. We used the drive shaft out of the M1008 but had it shortened and balanced.

I did high altitude a few times with mine. I was pulling a 2 axle uhaul trailer with 2 full dresser harleys and a sport bike. We slowed way down during the climb about 40mph. In the Bever Creek CO. area the truck was empty and had no issues.
Thinking of going to this event with my M1009. Are there any hotels close to the final location so i can have a beer or two and not have to drive back to north bend
