The guy with the radiators found the following numbers on them: two of the radiators have 293000-5749230 on them while the other two have 293001-3251480 & R55597312242080 on them. The first NSN I found was a engine radiator, nothing else useful, I didn't find anything on the last two numbers...
I haven't pulled mine out to look at it yet, I may try the soldering if I can reach the spot, but as Warthog said if the price is right a spare would be a good investment.
My favorite duece has a radiator leak, started off as a hiss ended up as a steady stream. I have found a guy with four brass radiators in the crate. His only description of them is that they are huge! He is a few hours drive from me, I have asked him to see if he can find an NSN number on...
Don't make it worse than it is(according to my wife) I only have two of these! I think the other trailer is a mid 60s build, I think. It looks like the trailer with the large D rings was made to haul heavy/bulk equipment where as the second trailer is made more for using with the side boards...
Thanks Torisco, Indy4X4fab how do you keep it from inching right or left in the mount? It looks like the handles will stop it after a short distance or does it move at all, I have one of those and it one heavy boy too move, I have an extra pair of feet and they heavy alone.

This last trailer has the small tie down type connectors, my other trailer(both M127A2C's) has large D ring type tie downs, anyone know why the two different tie-downs?
I am headed to Lowe's this morning (Off for Good Friday) I will look for both, if no luck on the jack nut I appreciate the offer timarr.
How much and how available are the antenna mounts, I wouldn't mine having a couple on the truck just for conversation starters?

I wish I had known you were in the market, there has been one sitting twelve miles outside of Springdale for the last three years! I bought it last month because of the price, and it was just melting into the ground. I already have one to go with the tractor, but then you can never...
I have four ex-antenna mounts on my M1008 bed, does anyone know what size/thread count fits in the bolt holes? Also, the brown color exposed by the antenna mount removal, was this ever a standard color of the trucks, or is just rusty undercoating?
I want to restore my bridge plate on the M1008, what should they show? The top plate is for a trailer if I remember, I need that designation also.
Thanks
It's not just the government cutting them up, I took a ride to Camp Shelby to have a look and drove through a town call Purvis Miss. and they were cutting them up there as well, tires winches and the like laying around, but most going for scrap weight. If anyone is down that way the tires...
