Actual ground pressure in PSI is the pressure in the tire, unless you have so much pressure that the tire stands firm and does not compress.
OTR truck, 110 psig in front tires = 110psi ground pressure. Or are you looking for tire loading?
73m819 has the equipment and the expertise for a lift tow. I can assist but only with flat tow. If it is only front axle, three options, lift tow, pull caps and flat tow, or if drag-able, trailer it.
DO you still need a TOW.
If you pull the front caps it should still roll with a locked diff.
Please update, I can roll Squirt and tow-bar you in.
Will be out of service for a couple of hours then back.

Yes turbo lost a seal and resulted in a runaway. (Been there done that.....)

Check your numbers, I believe that you will find that the brakes on a 2-1/2 are capable of developing well over 500Hp. Tire limited. (Ever calculate how long it takes to stop 13,000# from 50MPH to 0 vs. starting at 0 and getting to 50MPH??)
