Depends on the era. Current usage is: 383 green (34094), 383 brown (30051), black (37030), or 686A tan (33446)
Earlier four-color schemes relied more on names for the different color shades. They can be found in the camo TBs and TMs in the Tech Library.
As to brand; lotsa people use and seem...
Yes, especially where your boy's safety is concerned.
Buy a cheap painter's dropcloth to catch and contain any dust and flakes. A shop-vac close at hand is a good idea too.
Whether it's CARC or not, it's not worth the gamble.
The late one-part CARC uses moisture to cure. That's moisture in the air... or in your throat and lungs. Best to spray in a tent or on a calm day as fumes and overspray should be avoided by all-- wife, kids, pets, neighbor's wife, kids, pets....
Make sure any respirator filtration is rated for...
The cage code says the mfr is 19207. That's TACOM --Tank and Automotive Command. They probably farmed out the design specs out to a commercial trans mfr.
Wish I could be more help.
If the controls are off then position them with the lettering up. Thin your paint and use a small bruch to 'flow' the paint into the letters.
If the controls are installed in the dash then the small brush/steady hand is about what you're left with.

Disclaimer: For all you wire rope purists, stop reading here.
After watching all the utility companies and several recovery outfits using synthetic line on their winchs, I think I'm gonna go the same route on mine.
Synthetic line (Not to be confused with nylon line) doesn't rust, stretch or...
There have been several posts on locks for the engine shut down control and battery isolation switch set-ups; but the bottom line is, if someone's determined enough-- they'll find a way.
The best you can do is to make it more trouble than it's worth so the thieves move on to easier targets...
One outfit that made them was Warn. Cutlas made some that needed a coin or screwdriver to turn. The lever types are better for ease of opertation. There were probably others.
Are you talking about the oily hole with no plug in it?
That stays open to act as a vent/drain for the clutch/pressure plate area. If you're planning on fording any deep water then you take the plug out of the threaded, blind hole next over and screw it into the drain/vent hole to keep your...
If the page is coming up as a .pdf file you should be in Adobe Reader to view it.
If so, hit the print icon on the top and a box will open up. Midway down you'll see choices like "print all" or "print pages"; where you can choose pages 6-14 for instance-- next will be "current view" or "current...
They're intended to make the rear of an MV a little more visible to any drivers following behind. The red reflective tailgate tape is being replaced by the yellow and red square panels. The solid yellow panels served the same purpose.
Fairbanks-Morse used the opposed piston idea years ago in their prime movers for locomotives; although the top and bottom piston sets had their own crankshafts connected by a gear train.
This new offshoot looks interesting but may have a weak link in the long rod(s) connecting the outer pistons...
What era are you shooting for?
The current CARC color is 686A Tan, 33446 is the five-digit FS595b color fan deck number.
www.colorserver.net is a good site for getting a visual on the various colors (keeping in mind that every computer monitor is gonna have a little variation on color...
I'm pretty sure the library is all .pdf files so your manual would need to be scanned and converted.
There are lots of members that insist on having hard copies of their TMs and you should be able to find someone interested in trading without too much trouble.
Thanks for your generous offer to...
