    Wet Stacking

I think its very good info, but I think there are already too many 'stuck' threads at the top. Perhaps a bit of pruning and grouping would be more beneficial based on the type of info (electrical, fuel, parts and acessorries, etc).

    Question about synchronizing transfer switches

Do you have one of these, or are you looking to DIY one?

Do i need a return for my mep803 aux tanks setup?

The set doesn't run off the auxiliary tanks, so no (as Scoobyshep pointed out). The aux fuel circuit only refills the onboard day tank.

Hello - new MEP-803a owner here

On return lines, I use zip ties at each line end. On the main lines to the metering pumps, you can use hose clamps effectively. Just find some 1/4" - 7/8" hose clamps, most auto parts stores, ag supply stores with bolt bins, etc will have hose clamps. You may be able to reuse the compression...

mep803a voltage regulator schematic - anyone got one?

Yes. I've got one in my own machine, not because my stock one failed, but because Its better.

mep803a voltage regulator schematic - anyone got one?

Well I don't believe one exists, it would have to be hand developed because its highly unlikely TRC would release such info. Kurt's unit is a money saver because when the stock one is produced with unobtanium in New condition, his becomes a pretty cheap buy if you need one.

@kloppk offers a replacement for the lower quality stock unit.

MEP 803A Wiring Water and Oil Pressure Gauges

As an FYI the last two numbers on any wire denote gauge (example... 106A20, wire ID is 106A, 20 gauge wire).

Oh its got me more than once too. They do fail as well, but you won't know it till you test it.

MEP-803a water pump backing plate gasket

PB Blaster or Deep Creep with a little heat (if needed after the penetrants been allowed to do its thing) and it'll pop. I would recommend flushing the system with deonized water a couple times, before you button everything back up and refill with coolant.
