I need a drag brake adjusting screw. If you don't have an extra, I would appreciate it if you could take yours out and then photograph it next to a tape measure. Several views would be nice. I think I can make one on my lathe.
I think that there were a few deuces made with rear devices like hole drilling equipment and maybe a winch for a wrecker. Try looking for them in the tech manuals.
Okay, typically the spray pattern is 90 degrees from the position of the two tangs on the spray head. Your paint should be thinned to about the thickness of cheap syrup or just a bit thinner. Turn up pressure to the pot until you get paint out. If the paint splatters, lower the pot pressure...
The problem is that one piece wheels have a dip in the middle of the rim to allow the tire bead to be pushed into while the tire machine takes off the tire. Wheels with bead locks have only a flat rim.
There are several options. Fuel cutouts are one, physical locks on the master switch or the engine stop are another. Electrical cutouts on the start button or even a keyed ignition switch are possible.

You mean to tell me that the county doesn't have any records about who owns the land? No tax records or anything?
Check abandoned vehicle laws. Also, it wouldn't hurt the run the VIN through the DMV and see if you get any hits.
zb39 mentioned Canadian fuel prices. Right now it is running at well over $4/gallon. Fill up everything that holds fuel before you enter Canada.
Also, you might consider adding sound proofing insulation to quite the cab. The deuce was never meant to be a long haul truck.
