Well if your wait light blinks, it's not the wait light. I would next buy a new TSU. I just bought one from Kascar, A KDS, first thing I'll replace, then a new box. The light should come on for about 7 seconds anytime the engine isn't warmed up. Just blinking isn't functioning right.

AFAIK, that box needs the TSU. Same one I have, I'm also have issues with mine. Sometimes I'll get the quick flash, sometimes I'll get 3 seconds on the wait light and other times I'll get the full 7 seconds. Unlike you, mine will not start without the light going 7 seconds without cranking...

Front brakes have about half the force of rear brakes. They make them that way on purpose so you always have steering when applying brakes hard.

What's involved with fixing a broken off pin on cables like these? No wonder it wasn't working right, pin was bent down, when I tried to bend it back it broke off.

I'm wondering how many people replaced shutterstat when it was an elbow clogged up!

1/4 inch flare ends elbow or t with cap...... disconnect lines from shutterstat, connect to t or elbow. 1/4 inch flare ends..... Fan will run continously if it's the shutterStat or elbow clogged up.

Remove the line going from the shutterstat to the fan, Get the engine up to 210 or so on the gauge, use an air compressor and air blower attachment put to the line, if the fan runs, it's either the shutterstat or one of the elbows is clogged up..Or as Suprman said hook both airlines together to...

I wonder how many people replaced their shutterstat and all it was, a clogged up elbow? I replaced this elbow, mine worked properly without changing it out.

What a nightmare Kfrosty! I never had any real problems with GL except their guy was only at Little falls like one day every two weeks to pick up stuff...... :( ....when you sweat are you going to get charged for storage...... GP on the other hand Had great customer service for me, but failed...
